This program is completely FREE. There are no hidden charges. There is one requirement, however. Each member must display the banner on the right or left navigational section of your site. Also, it must be shown on your homepage. The more pages it appears on in your site, the more times your ad will be shown. Banner ratio is 10:9. For every 10 banners shown on your site, your banner will be shown 9 times. All links open in a new window, therefore visitors aren't taken off your website!
